She was introduced to yoga early on through her father, a Raja Yoga practitioner. She's a certified E-RYT500 and YACEP teacher with Yoga Alliance, a Sound Therapist in Nada Yoga, and founder of Sound Healing International and Ravi Marga Yoga.
He began his spiritual path in 2010 through meditation and Buddhism. After discovering yoga in 2015, he deepened his journey with a teacher training in Rishikesh and later explored breathwork with Wim Hof. A certified teacher with Yoga Alliance U.S.A., Jesper ran a yoga studio in Stockholm before relocating to Bali.
Drawn to somatic practices, she found yoga in 2008 and completed her first Hatha and Kriya yoga training. Teaching since 2010, in 2018, she traveled to Thailand to train more deeply in the method, completing a 200h TTC in Ashtanga, as well as certifications in Yoga Nidra and Yoga Therapy for the spine.
He is a spiritual educator and monk with a deep understanding of yogic philosophy, rooted in texts like the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras. Formerly an investment banker and entrepreneur, he now bridges Eastern wisdom with Western life, offering teachings that are both profound and accessible.

Yes, you can. You’ll be qualified to teach yoga, especially to beginners. As you gain experience, you can teach larger groups and potentially specialize in areas such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, or Ashtanga Yoga, continuing your education in the field that resonates most with you.
You don't need to, as we have plenty of mats available. However, if you feel more comfortable with your own, we highly recommend bringing it.
