 Held at Massea ra serene retreat nestled among olive groves and sun-drenched landscapes, this training is rooted in authenticity, balance, and community. This immersive journey blends Vinyasa Krama, meditation, pranayama, and Sound Healing with handcrafted instruments like SEW Handpan and authentic Tibetan singing bowls.

    She was introduced to yoga early on through her father, a Raja Yoga practitioner. She's a certified E-RYT500 and YACEP teacher with Yoga Alliance, a Sound Therapist in Nada Yoga, and founder of Sound Healing International and Ravi Marga Yoga.

    He began his spiritual path in 2010 through meditation and Buddhism. After discovering yoga in 2015, he deepened his journey with a teacher training in Rishikesh and later explored breathwork with Wim Hof. A certified teacher with Yoga Alliance U.S.A., Jesper ran a yoga studio in Stockholm before relocating to Bali.

    Yes, they do! Upon successful completion, participants receive an official Yoga Alliance certificate and an International Sound Healing certificate.


    No, you don't. The course is multi-level, starting from the foundations and progressively deepening your practice, making it accessible to everyone.


    All ages, genders, and backgrounds are welcome. Yoga is for everybody, and our course is designed to be inclusive and accessible.


    Authenticity, inclusivity, and community. We are committed to creating a safe space where everyone feels comfortable and valued. Our outstanding location, expert teachers, and the unique sound healing section—where participants can explore musical instruments used in sound baths—make our program truly special.


    Yes, Sunday is the day off.


    Yes, we have a chef. The chef prepares meals for participants from Monday to Saturday, with lunch at 13:30 and dinner at 19:30. Fruits, milk, water, and tea are always available, while extra snacks are the participant's responsibility. On Sundays, participants can either use the provided ingredients in the house to cook or explore Puerto de la Cruz, which is full of charming restaurants offering local products.


    Masseria Torre Luciana is easily accessible from both Bari (BRI) and Brindisi (BDS) airports, each about a 1-hour drive away. You can reach us by:


    • Rental car for the most flexibility during your stay.
       
    • Private transfer arranged through us (contact us for rates).
       
    • Train + taxi (nearest stations: Fasano or Monopoli) for a more sustainable option.

    Yes, you can. You’ll be qualified to teach yoga, especially to beginners. As you gain experience, you can teach larger groups and potentially specialize in areas such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, or Ashtanga Yoga, continuing your education in the field that resonates most with you.


    You don't need to, as we have plenty of mats available. However, if you feel more comfortable with your own, we highly recommend bringing it.


    Here’s a list of recommended items:

    • Hermetic tea/water cup or bottle

    • Comfortable clothes for practice
    • Warm sweaters

    Booking and Payment:

    • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in the course. This deposit is due at the time of booking.
    • Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% can be paid:
      • In cash upon arrival, or
      • Via bank transfer, which must be completed 15 days before the start of the course.


    Refund Policy:

    • Refunds Available: A refund is available for cancellations made up to 8 weeks before the course. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded.
    • No Refunds After 8 Weeks: No refunds will be issued if you cancel within 8 weeks of the course start date.
