A transformative 3-week Yoga Alliance certified training on the volcanic island of Tenerife. This immersive experience blends Vinyasa Krama, meditation, pranayama, and Sound Healing with handcrafted instruments like SEW Handpan and authentic Tibetan singing bowls.

    She was introduced to yoga early on through her father, a Raja Yoga practitioner. She's a certified E-RYT500 and YACEP teacher with Yoga Alliance, a Sound Therapist in Nada Yoga, and founder of Sound Healing International and Ravi Marga Yoga.

    He began his spiritual path in 2010 through meditation and Buddhism. After discovering yoga in 2015, he deepened his journey with a teacher training in Rishikesh and later explored breathwork with Wim Hof. A certified teacher with Yoga Alliance U.S.A., Jesper ran a yoga studio in Stockholm before relocating to Bali.

    Yes, they do! Upon successful completion, participants receive an official Yoga Alliance certificate and an International Sound Healing certificate.


    No, you don't. The course is multi-level, starting from the foundations and progressively deepening your practice, making it accessible to everyone.


    All ages, genders, and backgrounds are welcome. Yoga is for everybody, and our course is designed to be inclusive and accessible.

    Yes, Sunday is the day off.


    Yes, we have a chef. The chef prepares meals for participants from Monday to Saturday, with lunch at 13:30 and dinner at 19:30. Fruits, milk, water, and tea are always available, while extra snacks are the participant's responsibility. On Sundays, participants can either use the provided ingredients in the house to cook or explore Puerto de la Cruz, which is full of charming restaurants offering local products.


    To reach Finca el Drago in La Orotava from Tenerife South Airport (TFS) by bus, follow these updated steps:


    1. Take Bus 111 or 711: From Tenerife South Airport, board either Bus 111 or 711 to reach Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This leg typically takes around 50 minutes.
    2. Transfer at Santa Cruz: From the Santa Cruz bus station, transfer to Bus 103 or 108, heading towards Puerto de la Cruz. This portion of the journey takes about 40–50 minutes.
    3. Transfer at Puerto de la Cruz: Once you arrive in Puerto de la Cruz, transfer to a local bus, such as Bus 345 or 353, that heads towards La Orotava, where Finca el Drago is located.
    4. Nearest Bus Stop: Disembark at Las Cuevas bus stop, which is about a 4-minute walk from Finca el Drago. Other nearby stops include Parque De Las Cuevas and Araucarias, which are both about an 11-minute walk away​

    To get to Finca el Drago in La Orotava from Tenerife North Airport (TFN), the public transport options are more direct due to the airport's proximity to the northern part of the island. Here’s how you can travel by bus:


    1. Take Bus 343: From Tenerife North Airport (TFN), board Bus 343 towards Puerto de la Cruz. This bus runs directly from the airport and will take about 25 minutes to reach Puerto de la Cruz.
    2. Transfer at Puerto de la Cruz: Once in Puerto de la Cruz, transfer to Bus 345 or Bus 353 that heads towards La Orotava. These buses travel through the La Orotava area, getting you closer to Finca el Drago.
    3. Get off at Las Cuevas: The closest bus stop to Finca el Drago is Las Cuevas, located a short 4-minute walk from the finca. Other nearby stops include Parque De Las Cuevas and Araucarias, both about an 11-minute walk away​

    The price from both airports via bus is about 15€


    The cost of a taxi ride from Puerto de la Cruz to Finca El Drago in La Orotava is typically between €15 and €20, depending on factors like traffic and the exact pick-up location. The journey is relatively short, about 10–15 minutes, since Puerto de la Cruz and La Orotava are neighboring areas on the northern side of Tenerife.


    A taxi from Tenerife South Airport to La Orotava typically costs between €90 and €110. The distance is around 90 km, and the journey usually takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.


    A taxi from Tenerife North Airport to La Orotava will cost approximately €35 to €45. The trip is much shorter (around 25 km), and it typically takes about 30 minutes.


    Note: We have a WhatsApp group for all participants before the course begins, so you can easily organize and share a cab with others traveling to Finca El Drago. This can be a convenient and cost-effective way to get from either Tenerife North or South Airport to the location. Just reach out in the group to coordinate with others arriving at similar times!

    Yes, you can. You’ll be qualified to teach yoga, especially to beginners. As you gain experience, you can teach larger groups and potentially specialize in areas such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, or Ashtanga Yoga, continuing your education in the field that resonates most with you.


    You don't need to, as we have plenty of mats available. However, if you feel more comfortable with your own, we highly recommend bringing it.


    Here’s a list of recommended items:

    • Hermetic tea/water cup or bottle
    • Yoga mat (optional)
    • Comfortable clothes for practice
    • Warm sweaters
    • Warm socks
    • Pajamas
    • Windbreaker jacket

    Note: You don't need to bring shower towels; these will be provided at the house. Yoga blocks, pillows, and straps will also be available, so no need to bring yoga props.


    The training follows a structured daily routine that balances practice, lectures, meals, and community activities, culminating in a traditional white ceremony and diploma delivery. Here’s a typical day (Monday to Friday):


    • 07:00 to 07:30: Silent meditation (Antar Mouna) and morning tea
    • 07:30 to 09:30: Practice Hours (Vinyasa Ashtanga Based)
    • 09:30 to 11:30: Breakfast
    • 11:30 to 13:30: Asana Clinics 
    • 13:30 to 16:30: Lunch
    • 16:30 to 19:00: Lecture (Humanities such as Yoga Philosophy) + Practice or Workshop (can be Asana Practice, Pranayama, Meditation, Nada Yoga or others)
    • 19:00 to 20:00: Dinner and Self Study (Svadhyaya)

    3. The Eight-Limbed Path

       Study the core philosophy of yoga as outlined in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, focusing on the eightfold path to spiritual development.


    4. Dharma and Karma

       Understand the principles of duty and action, and how they apply to a yogic lifestyle and practice.


    5. Ethics in Teaching 

       Learn the ethical guidelines essential for a responsible and effective yoga teacher, including respect, integrity, and compassion.


    Section Two - The Energetic Body


    6. Chakras - The Subtle Bodies

       Study the seven chakras, their associated energies, and how they influence physical and emotional well-being.


    7. Mudras - The Seals

       Learn about the various hand gestures (mudras) that can enhance energy flow and deepen meditation practices.


    8. Kosha Bodies

       Explore the concept of the five koshas (sheaths) that encompass the physical and spiritual layers of the self.


    9. Gunas - The Qualities

       Understand the three gunas (sattva, rajas, tamas) that influence our mind, behavior, and consciousness.

    Booking and Payment:

    • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in the course. This deposit is due at the time of booking.
    • Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% can be paid:
      • In cash upon arrival, or
      • Via bank transfer, which must be completed 15 days before the start of the course.


    Refund Policy:

    • Refunds Available: A refund is available for cancellations made up to 8 weeks before the course. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded.
    • No Refunds After 8 Weeks: No refunds will be issued if you cancel within 8 weeks of the course start date.
