At Ravi Marga Yoga, we design every 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with a commitment to providing the highest quality experience for our participants. Whether you aim to deepen your personal yoga practice or become a skilled and professional yoga teacher, our program is tailored to ensure that your journey is both meaningful and enriching.
A UNIQUE 14-DAY IMMERSION
Our YTT follows an intensive 14-day format, crafted to maximize your learning and growth in a supportive, immersive environment. During the in-person training, students focus deeply on yoga techniques, alignment, teaching methodologies, and the philosophy that underpins this ancient practice.
To complement the hands-on experience, we offer exclusive access to 30 hours of pre-recorded anatomy lessons by renowned yoga anatomy expert David Keil. These lessons are designed to deepen your understanding of anatomy in a way that directly connects with yoga practice. Additionally, participants gain lifetime access to an extensive library of diverse yoga classes, enabling continued learning even after the training.
SPECIAL TOUCH: HANDPAN EXPLORATION
This YTT goes beyond traditional training by incorporating a unique element: daily fun training and creative exploration with the Handpan, guided by Sew Handpan (not mandatory). The soothing and meditative sounds of this instrument not only enhance the transformative experience but also provide an opportunity for participants to connect with their creative and playful sides.

Participants often describe the experience as life-changing, blending the discipline of yoga with moments of joy, creativity, and deep connection. Jesper began his spiritual journey in 2010 with meditation and Buddhism, practicing sitting meditation diligently for five years. In 2015, he delved into yoga, discovering the benefits of asana and pranayama, which supported him through a long-distance relationship. His passion for yoga quickly grew, and by 2017, he was in Rishikesh, India, for his first yoga teacher training. Exploring breathwork through Wim Hof’s techniques, he opened a yoga studio in Stockholm in 2020 but sold it in 2021 to move to Bali, taking a brief hiatus from teaching. Jesper’s commitment to yoga rekindled in 2023 after a training in Tenerife, leading him to focus on teaching at yoga teacher trainings, especially in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa. With a birth year of 1985, Jesper has 13 years of practice and 7 years of teaching experience.

From an early age Ari began to work on body awareness through conscious movements, studying ballet and contemporary dance. She always had an innate curiosity towards contemplative practices and somatic experiences, which led her to discover Yoga in 2008. From that meeting, she did not hesitate to continue investigating and completed her first training in classical Hatha yoga and kriya yoga. In 2010 she begins to give classes to beginners and assist her teachers. In 2011 she discovered Ashtanga Yoga and found in this method her ideal practice. It is in 2018 where, looking to deepen the method and learn more deeply the origins of this practice, she travels to Thailand to train in Traditional Ashtanga Yoga Shala Phuket where she did 200h TTC in Ashtanga yoga, TTC in Yoga Nidra and Yoga therapy for the spine.
